Definitions
The following definitions will be used in this document:
- The Company (or We, Us): Efritin Commercial Services, and its subsidiaries.
- Our Services (or our platform(s)): Any, a combination of, or all of, Our website (located at https://efritin.ng), our mobile applications and our social media platforms/pages.
- The Vendor (or You): Any person who is using our services, for the purpose of posting items, whether for sale or not.
Terms of Service
You agree that by posting any item on our platform(s), you accept the Terms and conditions outlined in this document.
If you do not accept this agreement, please do not post any item on our platform(s).
1. General
- You agree that you will not post anything which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy or adult-rated material. You also agree not to post any item that does not belong to you, unless you have express permission from the owner to post such items on our platform(s).
- Your account may be suspended and subsequently removed if such item is found associated with your account.
- YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR WHATEVER YOU POST ON OUR PLATFORM(S). The Company or any of its partners shall in no way be held responsible for anything posted on this website.
- You agree that any item posted using your account on EfritinNG website is owned by you, or you are authorised by the lawful owner to post the item on our website.
- We reserve the right to reveal your identity and submit your data to the law agency when requested by a government instituted authority, either for a criminal investigation, a fraudulent investigation, a court order or notification served by any law enforcement agency to curtail cyber crime.
- You also agree that users can view your email address and phone number and location when they visit your profile and the items you posted.
- You agree that we will keep your items posted on EfritinNG for a maximum of 120 days and not more. The items will be deleted after then. You can repost the item again if you choose.
- You agree that we may use images and other contents from what you posted on our platform(s), whether exact or modified, for purposes which may include, but not limited to, advertisements and promotions.
2. Products for sale
Before you post any product for sale on our platform(s),
- You agree that any item you post on our platform(s) is already in your possession, not waiting to be paid for before you procure it.
- To buy your items, users would have to see the details of your items, and then contact you. You agree that we can show them your details, which may include, but not limited to, your name, business name, phone number and email address. These are provided to users to enamble them to contact you.
- You agree not to request for delivery fee upfront from any user who indicated interest in any of your items. Your account may be banned if a user contacts us that you made such a request.
- You agree not to engage in any nefarious activity with any of our users upon contact. Your details may be given to the appropriate lawful authorities if there is any need for that.
